Call or text Reach Recruitment hours after your shift has started to say 'you haven't attended work today'
This is not acceptable; we need to be made aware one hour before your shift starts – if you do not follow procedure this can result in termination of your assignment.
You also MUST not clock in anyone else for their shift (start or finish), frequent poor timekeeping and attendance may result in termination of your assignment.
It is your responsibility to ensure you clock in and out correctly daily – if you do forget your card, you must make Reach Recruitment aware at the start of your shift.
